Natalia Sinkovsky was born in March 11 1959 in Semipalatinsk, Kazakhstan. Studied music and art throughout her childhood and teenage years. In 1976, enrolled in the Ust-Kamenogorsk Building Institute (department of Architecture), and graduated in 1981 with a second (Master's) degree in Architecture. Later worked as a professional architect in various bureaus.
